Mrs. Georgiou's class at Judd enjoyed using the sensory paths throughout the building to engage in some much-needed gross motor activities on this chilly morning. As a special treat, the students made a stop by the school mascot, the bulldog, where they paused for a quick group photo! #truenorthbrunswick

Mrs. Marrone's first graders at Judd completed a special Holiday Light Bulb Project as part of our Social Studies unit on holidays and family traditions. Students wrote about a favorite holiday tradition on the top of their light bulb and then decorated the bulb to show that tradition using art supplies like glitter, ribbon, bows, pictures, or wrapping paper. It was a fun and meaningful way for them to share what they cherish most about this time of year! #truenorthbrunswick

Mrs. Marrone and Mrs. Weissman’s first graders at Judd did a wonderful job writing riddles during Reading Foundations. They used descriptive words as clues and had a great time reading their riddles to classmates, who tried to guess the answers. All of the solutions were words that contained l-blends. #truenorthbrunswick

Ms. Varga's SOAR 4th graders have been learning about the stock market this cycle, and today they learned from one of their own parents — Mr. Gentry! He shared about his career, and how it connects to what we've been learning. Mr. Gentry even 3D-printed stocks and protection pieces for the game he created for us to play! We are so thankful for the learning, the fun, and our deeper dive into the stock market. #truenorthbrunswick

Students at Judd planned and carried out an investigation to determine if plants need sunlight and water to grow. Now we are patiently waiting to see how the plants will be affected when they don't get all the things they need to survive! #truenorthbrunswick
